EASTER HOLIDAY ACTIVITY CLUB

£40 per day for a full day of adventure and unforgettable experiences.

Our Easter Holiday Adventure Club gives young people the chance to explore the outdoors, try new activities, make friends, and build confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Each day includes a mix of adventurous activities, skills sessions and fun problem solving challenges, both onsite and offsite led by qualified instructors and youth workers!

Activities take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday across both weeks of the Easter holidays, giving everyone plenty of time on the water, on the land, and in our nature and skills sessions.

🧒 Who Can Attend

We are going to run two age groups so activities can be matched to confidence, ability, and social development:

  • 8–11 year olds – a supportive group focused on building confidence, trying new activities, and developing early outdoor skills.

  • 12–15 year olds – a more challenging group offering greater independence, teamwork, and skill progression.

Each group has 8 spaces, with a maximum of 16 participants per day, ensuring small groups, close supervision, and high‑quality instruction. No previous experience is required—just a willingness to be outdoors and get involved.

🌦️ How We Schedule Activities

We rotate activities daily based on weather, water conditions, and the natural environment, which helps us keep sessions safe, enjoyable, and well‑matched to the day. Because of this, we don’t publish a fixed rota in advance, but we work hard to avoid repeating activities within the same week so every child gets a varied and engaging programme.

🤝Behaviour Expectations

We aim to create a positive, welcoming environment where every young person feels safe, included, and able to take part. We expect all participants to show respect for staff, other young people, equipment, and the natural environment. Our team will support children who feel nervous, unsure, or need help settling in. If any behaviour affects safety or the experience of others, participants will be asked to sit out and parents will be expected to collected their child before early.

🩺 Medical and Additional Needs

We welcome young people with a wide range of needs and will always do our best to support them. If your child has medical requirements, allergies, or additional support needs, please share this during booking or contact us in advance so we can plan appropriately. All medication must be clearly labelled and handed to staff at drop‑off. Unfortunately our staff are unable to administer medication.

🛡️Safety & Supervision

All activities are delivered by qualified instructors with appropriate ratios, rescue cover, and safety equipment. Groups are supervised at all times, including during transitions, changing, and breaks. Weather conditions are monitored throughout the day, and alternative activities are used when needed.
