Join us at the crag for an introduction to abseiling and experience the thrill of descending a rock face under your own control.
After meeting your instructor, you'll get fitted with a harness and helmet before taking part in a safety briefing and learning the basics of the equipment. We'll then start with a short practice abseil to help you get used to the ropes and build confidence.
Once everyone is comfortable, it's time to take on the full 10-metre abseil. While it can look intimidating from the top, our instructors will guide and support you throughout, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
With small group sizes, everyone has plenty of opportunities to take part, and if time allows, you may even get the chance for another go. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself or simply try something new, abseiling is a rewarding and memorable experience.
