After School Activity Club
Part of our Access to Adventure Programme
Our After School Activity Club (Ages 8-13) gives young people the chance to unwind after school, get active outdoors, make friends, develop confidence, and enjoy exciting adventures in a safe, supportive environment.
Running every other week throughout the school term, the club provides a fun and engaging alternative to spending the afternoon indoors and on screens.
Activities vary throughout the programme and may include paddlesports, bushcraft, archery, axe throwing, team challenges, navigation, environmental activities, outdoor games and much more, all led by our experienced and qualified instructors.
Whether they're learning how to light a campfire, exploring local woodland, taking on a problem-solving challenge with friends, or trying an adventure activity for the first time,

Please avoid bringing valuables or mobile phones - we will ask that all phones that are bought along are left inside a locker for the duration of the session.
🤝Behaviour Expectations
We aim to create a positive, welcoming environment where every young person feels safe, included, and able to take part. We expect all participants to show respect for staff, other young people, equipment, and the natural environment. Our team will support children who feel nervous, unsure, or need help settling in. If any behaviour affects safety or the experience of others, participants will be asked to sit out.
🩺 Medical and Additional Needs
We welcome young people with a wide range of needs and will always do our best to support them. If your child has medical requirements, allergies, or additional support needs, please share this during booking or contact us in advance so we can plan appropriately.
🛡️Safety & Supervision
All activities are delivered by qualified instructors. To keep sessions safe and enjoyable, we rely on participants being able to follow instructions and engage positively. Instructors lead the activity itself, but the responsibility for a young person’s general conduct and readiness to take part remains with their parent or carer, who must stay on site to provide support if needed.
